I have a Lake Shore 366. I have downloaded the right file.340 of 8 different cernox.

Then I used curve handler to write the curves inside the 366 from 21 to 28 positions.
Then go into Input Setup -> Curve to select the curves I installed, 3 of 8 are't listed as an option (22,25,26). If I go to Curve Entry -> View, I can see that the curves are there on the instrument, but when I go to select it in Input Setup -> Curve, they are't there.
I see that these 3 curves have the temp coefficient positive.. and the other 5 have the temp coefficient negative...

But I can't see the problem.. Someone can help me?

The first question is does the PC you are using use a comma or decimal point for numeric separation? If it is set to use the Comma, the latest version of curve handler will not work properly and even the curves that look like they loaded will be defective.

If you are using the decimal point, the temperature coefficient for Cernox Sensors must be Negative and the data must be in Base 10 Log Ohms of the resistance versus Temperature in Kelvin for it to work. Did you create the curves or did you download then from Lake Shore?

If the curves were downloaded form Lake Shore, please send the serial numbers to support@lakeshore.com. If you created the curves, send a copy of the .340 file to that address so I can look them over.

Good evening, thanks for the quick response.
It's like you said: also the curves that seem to be fine, in the end were not ok.
So I used casually another pc and it work!
So for the next times, I will change the numeric separation!
